I love to create and leverage my versatile abilities across different dimensions of art. Creating is a passion which I see no end to. I enjoy every art medium that I can get my hands on. Having said that, painting in oils is the one that I spend most of creative days with.

I believe that art needs to engage the audience and through my paintings I look to to recreate moods and emotions. I enjoy integrating details that would otherwise go unnoticed. I love painting people and wildlife and have lately been doing a lot of still life that I enjoy setting up. I paint with oils and acrylic, and enjoy working with polymer clay and pyrography as well.

Being a self-taught artist has been an exciting journey for me. The process of learning is never ending so I constantly try to improve myself. I always emphasize that it is never too late to pursue your passion and this, I state, through my personal experience.

Receiving the Emerging Artist Gold Award 2019, by the Fine Art Commission of Cupertino has fueled the passion within me even more. I have participated in various juried shows and have received many awards locally.

I also teach young kids art, and this gives me an opportunity to share my knowledge and experience with them.
